Colour Packages

At A_STUDIO hair health is vital. All our lightening services include either K18 or OLAPLEX treatments to ensure your hair leaves feeling better than when you came in. Our packages simplify this process for you, and include a treatment, toner/gloss, blow dry or haircut.

  • Bored, uninspired or desperately seeking change? We got you. This service is for those wanting to completely transform their hair colour.

  • The entire works. Most people only need this twice a year, but we won’t stand in the way for those seeking a full head service more often.

  • Low-maintenance baddies, perfect ‘brondes’ and effortless ‘lived-in’ blondes, we’ve got you. Clients that like to come every 3-4 months, regardless if you’re a blonde or dimensional brunette, this is your stop.

  • For those that like it bright or don’t vibe with dark roots. Blondes that book their studio visits on the regular, sign up here.

Colour

Colouring hair is part science, part artistry and always tailored to you. Often, this calls for a combo of services to get you where you want to be, and still keep your hair healthy. It also means all colour services need to be booked with a blow dry or haircut.

  • In-between appointments and needing to give your colour a bit of a polish? This is the one. Includes a blow wave and treatment. 

  • Regulars, this is your root touchup calling.

  • This service extends from roots to ends and will bring life back to your strands, when your ends need refreshing or are dying of thirst.

Haircuts

All our haircuts include a wash, blow dry and/or style. Your hair guides the way, so depending on your hair and how your artist likes to work, this may be done in an order a little different than you’re used to.

  • Cheat your way to adding more colour, volume or length, but do it with ease-of-application tape extensions that don’t damage the hair. We use Seamless1 extensions which are pre ordered and require a 50% deposit.  

  • We currently offer 2 types of smoothing treatments depending on the desired outcome, hair texture and colour.

    Agi One uses a unique technology that releases nanoparticles directly into and onto the hair shaft to smooth and condition hair. Unlike traditional keratin treatments, Agi One is based on silk proteins and amino acids to aid the hair and its health. A key product feature is that it doesn’t contain any formaldehyde. Lasts for 3 months 

    Floractive Nanoplasty straightens hair by penetrating the hair’s Matrix without opening the Cuticle, making the application a highly effective & less invasive non-damaging system. Our Nanoplasty straightens & restores your hair during application by utilising its 100% Vegan-friendly formula, excellent for individuals who have allergy problems and can't use any harsh chemicals but at the same time wants to straighten their hair. Lasts for 6 months

    Results will vary depending on lifestyle and frequency of washing, we will always recommend haircare to take home to ensure the longevity of the treatment.

  • The city can be busy, so try to allow at least 10 minutes for your parking spot search. Here’s a map of our favourite parking spots nearby.

  • Rushing our appointments isn’t our vibe, but sure, everyone has things to do and places to be—we get it. Let us know if you need to be out by a certain time at the start of your service. As a guide, however, our colour services can take around 3-4 hours.

  • Cost of living, right? If you’re on a budget. We can work with that. Let us know in advance and we will do our best to meet you where you’re at, recommend a service or take you down a path that fits. Big changes are often the most costly. That said, we operate with a no-BS approach, and will discuss costs and expectations in all our consultations.

  • We want your hair to stay in the best possible condition, so we always recommend salon products at home. We stock a range of brands that are better for you, kind to the planet and mostly Australian owned and made.

  • We use Fresha as our booking platform. Don’t forget to add your credit or debit card details too. While no money is taken, this action will lock in your appointment, enable you to reschedule online with ease and remind you when you’re due to see us next.

  • We respect your time and always do our best to stay on schedule (and if we’re running late, you’ll be the first to know). However, we ask for the same level of respect in return. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, there will be a 50% fee; whereas a no show will incur a 100% fee.
