Refund policy

14 DAY RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days from the day the order was received. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused and unopened condition.

Please email holler@astudio.co for our help initiating the return.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for sending back the items and shipping costs are non-refundable.

CHANGE OF MIND

We cannot offer returns for change-of-mind. For that reason we have provided detailed descriptions of all of our products and careful consideration should be given to those descriptions prior to making a purchase.

NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

Full refunds or replacements are offered on all defective and non-conforming orders.

Please email holler@astudio.co for our help initiating the return. Proof of purchase and the relevant defect must be provided.
